Are you experiencing an issue? Reaching our support team is very easy. First, click on the "Help Center" button located in the upper menu of the homepage, or directly click on the link below.

Are our articles not sufficient for a solution? After proceeding to the help page, click on the "Submit a request" button in the top right corner. You will be directed to the request creation page.

On the request creation screen, you need to fill out the form. Enter your email address, CoinW User number, a description of your issue, and its type. If you have any additional documents or screenshots you would like to include, upload them under the "attachments" section.

After filling out the form, please click the "Submit" button to send it. Our teams will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
